Windows 10: Microsoft Family: My child's Windows 10 Device doesn't appear in her overview after she...

Hi,I have tried so many times and have been very frustrated. Basically I have added her to the family, but when I look at her overview it always says 0 device connected. If I go to her Windows 10 PC and check her devices, I can see her PC is actually listed. I can also confirm that she has logged on the online Microsoft Account which has been added to as a family member. But her PC still doesn't appear here. I have restarted her PC over 10 times but the issue remains. Can anyone suggest what I can do here?Regards,Jungle

• Are you trying these steps in admin account or a local account?

The steps given in the link ahs to be performed in the Website and a invite has to sent from the web and check if it helps.

I suggest you to refer the link and check the Add a child account to your family and check
if it helps.
