Windows 10: Microsoft Family Safety isn't allowing a member's pc to log him in after all time limits...

One of my family members are not able to access their PC Windows 10 after time limits were removed via Microsoft Family Safety a message pops up saying out of time and nothing gets it to go away. I have tried every possible setting as the family organiser but nothing works.
