Windows 10: Microsoft Family Safety not reporting activity

Hello,I have Microsoft Family Safety installed on my son's Windows 11 computer. It was working fine up until a couple of days ago when it stopped reporting activity and screen time.I've tried various fixes such as ensuring that he hasn't turned screen reporting off, verifying his account, rebooting, windows update, etc.It seemed like it wasn't reporting at all but today I noticed that it showed yesterday's activity although all day yesterday, it reported "no activity".I can still use my phone to lock/unlock his computer, so I know there is a connection. I followed all suggestions on the link provided by Sangeeta Sarkar. Family Safety STILL does not report recent activity.

 

Can I review family safety activity reports from the last two or three months?

The availability of family safety activity reports may depend on the settings configured in your Microsoft Family Safety account. By default, activity reports are sent once a week, but you can change the frequency to daily if you prefer. You can also choose to receive a summary report or a detailed report.

If you have the email reports from the last few months, you can try searching your email archive for the reports. If the reports are no longer available in your email, you may be able to find them in the Microsoft Family Safety website.

To view older activity reports in the Microsoft Family Safety website, follow these steps:

Sign in to your Microsoft Family Safety account.

Click on the "Activity" tab.

Scroll down to the "Activity history" section.

Click on "See more activity history."

Adjust the date range to show the period you are interested in.

Click "Apply."

This should show you a list of all the activity during the specified time period. Note that the activity history may not be as detailed as the weekly activity reports.

(Amazingly, there are 14 different "Microsoft Support Engineers" who all post canned responses about Windows 8 - singing from the same incorrect hymn sheet and not actually listening to users. Are they just bots? Or hourly rate subcontractors who "bing
