Windows 10: Microsoft Family Safety - restrictions for my kids turn off by itself

I have setup restrictions for my kids for using their computers exact timeframes + limits for applications + age restrictions + website block. After I setup everything in the evening, when I opened the MS Family Safety screen in the morning, everything was switched off toggle buttons + no age restrictions.


My kinds could not do it, it had to reset by itself.


Why is this happening, how do i avoid it?

Before we proceed, we require more information to assist you better.

• Which web browser are you using?
• Are the settings on the Family Safety options on your computer are the same with the one on
  http://familysafety.live.com?

I suggest you to login with your parental account and check if you are able to manage the family settings.



If the issue still persist, it might appears that the Child account is not configure correctly. I suggest you to remove the Family Safety and configure it again.

How do I remove Family Safety?

Now, setup Family Safety.

After creating the child account, you can then go to the Family Safety website, login using the parent account and then manage your child's restrictions and monitoring options.

Microsoft family safety settings is not working with one child account.

Hi,

I have 4 kids accounts in my family. One of them is not working with the family safety setting (the time restriction is not working).

The account was added as child, the kid accepted the invitation and is listed as a child in my Microsoft account.

The kid account is 'standard' and still it does not work.

Any ideas?
