Windows 10: Microsoft Family Safety service status

Dear Tech Support,Please let me know where can I check the Microsoft Family Safety service status. The web admin where I control child screen time is currently not loading.I would like to understand the service status and see the page with any issues identified and some ETA for the fix. Without such service status page the service is unpredictable and not usable, I will turn it off then.regards, Vadim

Unable to block youtube using family safety

This issue could have occurred due to these reasons:

• 
  Incorrect Family Safety settings.
  
• 
  Web filtering is not setup correctly.
  

Remove and try to re-add the site in the block list and check.

Microsoft family safety not working--at all.

Before we proceed, we require more information to assist you better.

• Which web browser are you using?
• Are the settings on the Family Safety options on your computer are the same with the one on
  http://familysafety.live.com?

I suggest you to login with your parental account and check if you are able to manage the family settings.



If the issue still persist, it might appears that the Child account is not configure correctly. I suggest you to remove the Family Safety and configure it again.

Now, setup Family Safety.

After creating the child account, you can then go to the Family Safety website, login using the parent account and then manage your child's restrictions and monitoring options.
