Windows 10: Microsoft Family safety to manage 2 kids account on the same pc

Hallo..i have problems with microsoft family safety.. i registered 2 child account on microsoft family, but i can only control one account on one pc. i have one pc, in this pc i installed windows 11. The main account would be me, and i added 2 account for my kids. I can manage my sons account time restriction etc. but i cannot manage my daughters account. In the microsoft family said that i have to connect a device, i did this, i can log in to my daughters account but its not monitored, there is no option to restrict the use etc on my sons account i can restrict the time etc.. Could i mana

Before we proceed, we require more information to assist you better.

• Which web browser are you using?
• Are the settings on the Family Safety options on your computer are the same with the one on
  http://familysafety.live.com?

I suggest you to login with your parental account and check if you are able to manage the family settings.



If the issue still persist, it might appears that the Child account is not configure correctly. I suggest you to remove the Family Safety and configure it again.

Now, setup Family Safety.

After creating the child account, you can then go to the Family Safety website, login using the parent account and then manage your child's restrictions and monitoring options.
