    Microsoft Fix it tool.


    When I try to install Microsoft Fix it tool, the following message appears:- "Fix it Center Setup encountered an error. An unexpected error has occurred. Please close and try to Setup again later." Does this tool have a conflict with Windows Defender? Help would be most appreciated.

    As per the description let me ask few question so that I can clear your doubt in a better way.

    Are you getting any error?

    If yes, what error it is?

    There are built in troubleshooters for most of the features. You may find it by these steps:

    • Windows key+X
    • Control Panel
    • Search "Troubleshooting"
    • View All
    • There is a list of troubleshooters

    Are you able to follow them?
