Windows 10: microsoft flight sim rudder and brake controls - Xbox

I don't know if there is a setting for this but the current layout isright_trigger = rudder_rightleft_trigger = rudder_leftx_button = brakesleft_pluspad = handbrake/parkingBut when you actually fly an aircraft in real life, the brakes are both pedals pressed at the same time to engage brakes. Then to engage parking you pull a handle to basically lock brakes on. So i feel that it would be more user friendly if it was set up as so:right_trigger = rudder_rightleft_trigger = rudder_leftright+left_trigger= brakesleft_pluspad = handbrake/parkingto help with the lack of buttons x_button = program

Rudder pedal game controller will not work simultaneously with joystick in Red Baron 3D

Good Day. I'm looking for help on getting my CH Pro Rudder Pedals to work with my Logitech 3 joystick in the flight sim Red Baron 3D. Windows 10 recognizes both game controllers when plugged in, but forces me to pick one as the primary controller. In
the sim, the joystick works fine, but no rudders, regardless if I choose to make the rudders primary. Any suggestions? Thanks.

 

Microsoft flight sim Surprise gift?

Hello, this is my first post in the community, I wanted to know, I have seen some people get the microsoft flight sim and all it's controls like yoke, throttle and rudders for free as a surprise by microsoft.. how? Can I get one too?

Recently I bought an Xbox Controller for ground vehicles in State of Decay. Driving can be done with a keyboard but it's not easy

The Xbox controller, although not as smooth & precise as my Thrustmaster T16000 FCS, did allow me to take off from Dubai International, fly around a bit, and land a bit roughly but intact on my very first try

A "good" landing is one you walk away from

The default Xbox controller mappings cover all that's needed. Flaps, throttle, trim, wheel brakes, Rudder, look around and of course ailerons & elevator

If you stress the plane (too much airspeed or stall) the rumble motors in the controller clue you in plus the rumble also let's you know when you are moving on the ground

So, if you have an Xbox controller you can fly without a FCS.....
