    Microsoft flight simulator 2020 not installing Error code: 0x80070424


    This is the 8th time I have reinstalled this game, and its not an exaggeration. I used to have it on an external hard drive and almost every time I plugged it in the Microsoft store would not recognize the game until I reinstalled it. This time however, after deleting the game since it didn't recognize it, it gave me this error code, this is the first time I have gotten this error code when trying to install the game, the same code shows when attempting to install on another drive as well. Please help, Microsoft support online is garbage other then this forum, and I can't request for a refund

    Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020

    Hi,

    Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 crashes to desktop just before loading the flight 100% of the time with exception code 0xc0000005. Since I’ve downloaded the game (09/25/2020) I couldn’t get in to the cockpit not even once. Is there a way to fix this
    issue?
