Windows 10: Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 NTDLL.DLL crash

I've been trying for 3 days to get Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 running on my PC and I'm stumped. I'm constantly getting "FlightSimulator.exe has stopped working" errors. The game never even loads. Screen goes black like it's going to load, then crashes. This error shows up in the Applications Event Viewer:

I've rebuilt my system from scratch several times. It appears I have all updates installed. I've tried multiple different graphics drivers. I've tried the following command I found in another thread:

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth


My system is brand new: Intel i9-10900F @ 2.8Ghz, Nvidia RTX 3080, 32GB RAM

Windows 10 Enterprise version 20H2

OS build 19042.572

Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020

Hi,

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 crashes to desktop just before loading the flight 100% of the time with exception code 0xc0000005. Since I’ve downloaded the game (09/25/2020) I couldn’t get in to the cockpit not even once. Is there a way to fix this
issue?

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020

Hi. I have two questions:

1) I have been using Flight Simulator since its release on Aug 18. Today, I stated the Simulator, it loaded OK, I created a free flight, clicked on Fly, when I tried to use the joystick and keyboard to start and use the simulator, they both did not work
and would not control anything...they were unresponsive. Checked the Controllers section in the Simulator set up section and the keyboard and Thrustmaster M1600 Joystick were listed and the keyboard and joystick action assignments were still there and responded
when I clicked a joystick button and keyboard key....the assignment box in the Controller section responded when I pressed a key or button. Rebooted the computer with no change. Do you have any suggestions?

2) How do I uninstall and reinstall MSFS 2020 in the event that is the only way to fix this problem? Please provide instructions and where to download the MSFS 2020 Premium Deluxe Edition from.
