Windows 10: Microsoft Flight Simulator not in my Library after I Redeemed Code

Hi,Just minutes ago I followed instructions and redeemed a code, A spinner appeared on web browser for a couple minutes and then product page appeared advertising it for purchase. I then went to my library and redeemed product is not there. How do we fix this?

Purchased a DVD version of PC Microsoft Flight Simulator Standard edition 2020 with activation code.

1. Loaded all 10 DVD disks. 93GB and 59119 files
   

1. Redeemed activation Code.
   

1. Started Download of software launcher which was unfortunately interrupted before all download completed.
   

Now when I try and reinstall using DISK 1 it boots into Microsoft Store.

No Microsoft Flight simulator software launcher in library.

Uninstalled and reinstalled again - same problem

However got an email notification from Microsoft on product purchase.

HELP !!!!!!!

I suggest you to completely uninstall Microsoft Flight Simulator and check.

Refer the steps below to uninstall.

• Press “Windows key + X”, select Control panel.
• Open programs and features.
• In the list of installed programs, select Microsoft Flight Simulator, and then click
  Remove.

Note: If you have earlier versions of Flight Simulator in the list of installed programs, you will have to remove them in addition to Flight Simulator.



Reinstall the Flight Simulator.

How to transfer Microsoft Flight simulator bought with a redeem code to another pc?

Hello everybody,

2 years ago, I bought the CDs for Microsoft Flight Simulator. On my old laptop, I installed the game with the CDs, then, in the microsoft, I entered the redeem code to have the app. I downloaded the app and everything worked fine.

Now, I have a new PC. I'm connected to the same microsoft account in the microsoft store, but the game isn't installed, or in the library.

I tried to re-enter the redeem code, but it says that it has already been used.

On my laptop, when I go to the game page, it says "Reinstall".
