Windows 10: Microsoft Flight Simulator Premium Deluxe, loading from DVD, wont load.

Can anyone help me out, I have purchased Microsoft Flight Simulator Premium Deluxe but I have been unable to load it from the DVD's.

On inserting disk 1, I do not get the automatic onscreen instructions.


So as advised I open the DVD and double click on the setup.exe icon, instantly I get a window up as shown below, I have search everywhere but have so far failed to find a solution.


I have a brand new PC the spec is;

Microsoft Flight Simulator: Deluxe

Hello,

When I entered the Flight Simulator Deluxe Key.

I entered to Flight Simulator Standart.

The Flight does not start.

It hangs at loading.

In Microsoft Store I have an exclamation

Microsoft Flight Simulator Deluxe upgrade
Insert Key

I can not use key since I already registered.

Please Help

How can I get Support for Flight Simulator 2020 (Premium Deluxe?) in Australia

I purchased through the Microsoft Store (https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/p/microsoft-flight-simulator-premium-deluxe-preorder/).

I Installed the 71GB last night and the game loads but it will not download high detail data and puts me in Offline mode when I load an airport.

Error: "Your connection had an issue while streaming data, you have been switched to offline mode."

I have am Unlimited 50Mbps broadband internet connection (I downloaded Fligth Sim 2020 at a rate of 57Mbps).

Flight Simulator 2020 is running in Administrator mode.
