Windows 10: Microsoft Games

I have played several games and was hoping I could transfer the games. The new pc loaded the games but it didn't transfer where Iam at in each of the games. It has me starting from the beginning of the game. It talked about me being able to load my stuff from the old computer. I assumed I could get the games from where I am playing at today on the old pc. Instead it has me starting from the beginning. Is there anything I can do about starting the games where I am at today from the old pc. Thanks!
