HelloSo I one time was having a problem updating to Windows 20H2 so I went to Microsoft get help app and there was a person named Riva in it. She gave the normal introduction by saying her name and that she worked with Microsoft. I told her my problem and she eventually gave me a complex solution that was on these forums so it was a good solution but it took a while and I think she talked to someone else. So when I told her I needed more help she gave me the same response as before. I told her it was still me so she gave me the same thing then it took a while again. She talked to someone els

Microsoft Exclusion List for Anti-virus

Apparantly, Microsoft posted a list of files that can be "Excluded" from any Anti-Virus that you use to help with scanning performance.
