    Microsoft GIF Animator crashes on my PC


    Good Day:I found this morning as I was creating an animated GIF, using Microsoft GIF animator, that all of a sudden it would just disappear! This was to my chagrin and horror, as I use it very frequently and have never had this problem occur before.I have the error log event if any details would be helpful in fixing this problem.Event ID 1000Faulting application name: GIFAnimator.exe, version: 1.0.0.101, time stamp: 0x324c7e27Thanks.

    I suggest you to check the settings in Cortana and make sure all settings is turned on.

    I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
    Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
    What happens?
    If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

    P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
    Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
    What X1800XT model do you own exactly?
