Windows 10: Microsoft has gone too far this time. I am being accused of LYING because I can't provide...

When I reset the password the first time, my hand slipped, because I was bing careless and wanted to finish. Now they are saying my information in not complete. They want a detailed list of the emails I've sent out recently to those addresses. The problem is, I have sent virtually no emails out in the last several months! My Microsoft accounts are really not that vital. I havent used them in months. So, I'm going to cool off and figure this out later. But am I alone in wondering how a company that controls so much of what we do can be this consistently incompetent?

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

• Add specifications, are you using that A8N in your specs?
• Did lowering the memory speed help?
• Did you raise the voltage?
