Windows 10: Microsoft ID/Sign in questions

Hi,

I got a laptop from my brother that still has his Microsoft sign in. I have a lot of stuff on this laptop and I don't know a lot about computers in general which is why this question may sound funny: But I'm worried he'll change and update his password and it'll then lock me out of my laptop. What my question is basically: If I sign out of one Microsoft account for this laptop will everything I have saved onto the laptop itself go away along with it once I sign into my new Microsoft account or will it stay on here because of the laptops hard drive?

Quicken ID not recognized in Quicken 2019 after 1903 update

• When you say, “Quicken 2019 will no longer recognize Quicken” what happens when you try to sign in to Quicken 2019?
  
• Do you receive any error message/code? If yes, what is the error message/code?

Can not sign in with Microsoft Id

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
