Windows 10: MICROSOFT IMAGE COMPOSER FROM MS FRONTPAGE 98

I HAVE BEEN USING MICROSOFT IMAGE COMPOSER SINCE IT WAS RELEASED WITH EVERY WINDOWS VERSION UPGRADE WITH NO PROBLEMS. I HAVE BEEN USING IT WITH WINDOWS 10 64 BIT FOR YEARS, ALL OF A SUDDEN IT HAS STOPPED WORKING AND GIVING ME THIS MESSAGE "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING INCLUDING UNINSTALLING AND REINSTALLING MANY TIMES EVEN AFTER A GOOD CLEANUP OF ALL THINGS RELATED TO THE PROGRAM INCLUDING IN THE REGISTRY. NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK. I AM NOT SURE HOWEVER IF A WINDOWS UPGRADE IS

frontpage 76 frontpage 97 then frontpage 2000 and front page 2001 all had a graphics app that was easy to work with even as WINDOWS WENT THROUGH IT'S changes east as windows changed the various versions of Microsoft image composer went through changes too.
bel0EVE was not Microsoft's idea but even into windows 10 pro continues to be easily to install and use and work great as an image composer. GREAT SIMPLE GRAPHICS APP! IMAGE COMPOSER 1.5 WORKS AS A POWERFUL CONVERTER FOR MANY COVENTUAL USERS AS A GREAT GRAPHICS
PROGRAM. THOGH IT MUIST BE INSTALLED FROM TH OLD CD'S IT STILL WORKS!

Sorry, I can't find the list of compatible programs, doe's Microsoft Frontpage work with 10?

Update: OK. Only just installed so I'm not too familiar with it but it's very similar to Frontpage 2003 but a tad awkward to use. My site uses a lot of images sequentially displayed. If I want to insert a new image I would simply highlight one, then copy & past, then overwrite the copied image with the one that I want. This also worked fine with Expression 4 for several copy/paste routines but then went a tad wrong, so I used undo BUT it didn't just delete the last step but went back several steps - haven't found a way to just undo the last step.
