Windows 10: Microsoft is annoying lately with win 10

I have had to do this 7 times now, and its so frustrating.


Why do I constantly have to remake my master boot record when I add some hardware to my PC?


I got a new Mother board and processor. Everything installed perfectly and then suddenly Error code 0xc0000225.

Add a stick of ram, Error code 0xc0000225. New graphics card? Error code 0xc0000225.


I can understand this when I replaced my HDD with an SSD. but for everything else?


Also why is the easy way of repairing the master boot record denied? Like come on let me just type bootrec /fixboot, The other way takes like 10 minutes.

Microsoft to Hold a Big Windows Event in Late-September

Windows 9 is scheduled 2015 wasn't it? So i go for the 'Microsoft and cloud' or other service for enterprise, suggestion.
Too early for Win 9 this year.

 

Microsoft Selects Dolby Audio for Windows 10

it would've been great if microsoft added HEVC decoders, LAV filters along with other codecs with Windows 10, and developing WMP to be better than VLC, KMPlayer and such sorts of media players.

Nevertheless, this is good step for microsoft, by far.

 

Microsoft Edge TLS Security


After trying everything (not a lot of steps) listed in the Microsoft Edge support site, I did a wider search and found this very simple youtube video that fixed it immediately:

For those who prefer not to click links the steps are simple:

1. Click in the Cortana search bar next to the Win 10 Start button

2. Type internet options

3. Select internet options (control panel) from the list

4. Click on the advanced tab

5. Scroll down to the security section

6. Make sure the following are all clicked:
Use SSL 3.0
Use TLS 1.0
Use TLS 1.1
Use TLS 1.2

7. Click apply

8. Refresh the page that was giving the error and it should now connect.

Hope this helps, it was a 30 second fix after hours of pounding my head against the error with the Support site suggestions.
