Windows 10: Microsoft is clamping down on what applications you can download and install on Windows 11...

I recently read this statement somewhere "Microsoft is clamping down on what applications you can download and install on Windows 11 24H2." Whenever an ".exe" file is downloaded a notice will show that a "virus is detected." This would prevent us from downloading software i.e. antivirus and import ways to protect our computer and our identity, if needed Having this type of restriction would be detrimental to the windows community. I understand it is for the computer or our protection but you can only go so far. How would Microsoft correct this, lets say, that Microsoft comes out with a s

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

The wait is over, Microsoft has published the official download page for Windows 7 Release Candidate (RC), that's not some pirated torrent link.
