Windows 10: Microsoft is incompetent!

I have been using manyh OSs in my 29 years of lifespan, I have never seen incompetency like microsoft! That pathetic excuse of a company cannot even mane a note app which will adhere to a particular proofing language. Microsoft is a **** excuse of a tech company! and if any one of you has any other options than microsoft, go for it!

Microsoft why do you hire incompetent people ?

Yes, I'm talking about them and the Microsoft incompetent representative who have ZERO knowledge with what is being sold . They advertise the phone numbers for each stores but when you try calling a store you are redirect to Microsoft calling center and
these people have no clue at all about Microsoft products, why even list the phone numbers if you can't talk to them at the stores for concern issues

 

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.

 

Windows 10 and microsoft incompetence

I have been in Microsoft hell for 2 weeks now. How in the hell does this company stay in business??? I purchased a brand new comp 3 weeks ago, running windows 10, and after the first updates it was taking 20 min. to open windows 10. I went on the forums....no
help. Tried the virtual help....what complete joke, and finally real human tech support. After 5 days of tech hell, I was told to wipe out windows 10, redownload, and now I do not have the original programs that came from Microsoft....which came as a part
of the cost of the new Comp. Seriously this has been like living in Microsofts own sick incompetent version of hell. I am beyond livid at the fact I paid for something and now do not have it anymore, all thanks to incompetent updates and incompetent tech
support. The last tech I worked with told me I did not have to wipe out windows, because the previous tech did not know to disable virus protection to reset to an earlier date....but I already had done it, so too bad. He then made it more difficult for me
to sign on, after he told me he disabled the sign on due to my request of not needing it. Now I have 2 accts under my name, one will not recognize any password, so I cannot sign in, and the other still requires a password. I do not want that.
