    Microsoft is saying I'm behind a VPN and I am not


    I currently need an ISO image of windows 11. media creation tool and assistant are not what i need. Everytime i try to download Windows 11 iso, it is telling me I am behind a VPN which I am definitely not. How do I get around this situation?
