Windows 10: Microsoft is stealing my money

Microsoft requires me to use a minimum payment of $10 so that my child can purchase a $2 game in the Minecraft store. Microsoft keeps the change. Can you imagine going into a corner store, paying for a chocolate bar with $10 and the store clerk says, " thanks, we'll keep the rest as a store credit".This is thievery. Microsoft should allow for the direct purchase of items and not stealing all the change. You might think, sure, I'll use the balance up in the future. 1 The child can then make purchases until the balance is zero without parental oversite. 2 The balance will never reach zero beca

Stealing my money

I recently purchased applications worth 21 USD. Now Microsoft are telling me that I have not paid for them. Being kind hearted, I put another card, and was billed 21 USD, and my transaction history still shows rejected payments.
I dont know what type of systems they have at Microsoft, but please stop stealing my money and refund me and fix your damn systems and allow for manual billing.

I will honestly throw away my 820 for an s3
