Microsoft Jackpot is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001.


I received the above error message when attempting to play jackpot. I have had Jackpot fot over 2 years.

Ran the apps download and upate from windows store

Ran the apps trouble shooter in security and updates.

reset the app in settings.


none of the above has worked.


Help please.

Remove account


I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

Unable to install Microsoft Jackpot with error code 0x8E5E0408

I am trying to install the Microsoft Jackpot app from the windows store, but every time I try I get the "Something went wrong" message with error code 0x8E5E0408. Any help would be great.
