    Microsoft Jigsaw has ad playing in a loop while I am playing the game


    Playing Jigsaw and getting a best buy ad ruining while I am playing. Appears to be in a loop. I appreciate ads before playing but this ad continually playing while I am in the game is way too much. HELP!!!

    **** images in Microsoft Jigsaw Ads

    I have been playing Microsoft Jigsaw in the non-upgraded version that plays ads. Today a pornographic ad has played frequently, always the same. It's an image of a woman lying down and the image moves as if someone off camera is doing something to the
    woman that suggests she is engaged in a **** act. It is apparently a link for a free game. It says "Popular 3D MMORPG...Play Now." I went to the app store and clicked the "report inappropriate content" link on two occasions with no remedy. I also did a live
    chat with Microsoft, but the chat rep couldn't help. Any suggestions? Can't seem to get anyone's attention on this.

    Problem with Microsoft Jigsaw Game

    I've been playing Microsoft Jigsaw on my Windows 10 PC for months. Yesterday, when I went to open the game, I got the error code 0x803F8001, and the message "Microsoft Jigsaw is not available on your account." I contacted Microsoft Tech Support twice
    and got no satisfaction. As instructed, I uninstalled Microsoft Jigsaw, restarted my computer, and tried to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw. The game downloaded, acquired the license, and then gave me an error. Control Panel shows Microsoft Jigsaw is still installed
    on my computer, but when I try to open it I get the same error code and error message as before. I'd appreciate any help. I really enjoy playing this game. Two other Microsoft games on my computer play just fine. Thanks in advance.
