Windows 10: Microsoft Jigsaw message choose another item

Monday Microsoft Jigsaw was working fine. Tuesday I tried to open it and got the following message:

Choose another item.

This in-app purchase item is no longer available in MIcrosoft Jigsaw

Every time I have tried to open the info in brackets changes.


It will not sign me in automatically. All my puzzles and my points are gone.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't work.

Microsoft Jigsaw Will Not Load

I was getting Error Code: 0x803F8001 both before and after "uninstalling" Microsoft Jigsaw. It worked perfectly for years, but stopped working within the last week. It would start to load, and eventually bomb out. I have tried the following suggestions:

• Uninstall Jigsaw. Now I cannot reinstall Jigsaw. Get Error Code: 0x803F8001
  

• All steps above from Jomari Arc . Step #4 took longer than expected, but it did eventually do what you
  said. These steps did not allow me to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw.

• Microsoft Windows Store App. Troubleshooter - It ran and said it fixed a "possibly corrupted cache" . This did not allow me to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw.

In a similar community, titled "Microsoft Jigsaw Error code Ox803F8001", I tried all of the steps from Loraine Mon, from this link: Microsoft Jigsaw Error code Ox803F8001

Again, this did not allow me to reinstall Microsoft Jigsaw. Messages are "downloading", then "acquiring license", and then it errors out with Error Code: 0x803F8001

Day after day, same problem. Xbox and Store and Solitaire all work fine. Microsoft Jigsaw is the problem. When it was installed, it bombed out trying to open. After "uninstalling", it will not reinstall.

I haven't played Microsoft Jigsaw for a while. When I tried to load it today, I got an error message - Choose another item - then the error code shown above, and the statement: this in-app purchase is no longer available in Microsoft jigsaw. Since I've made
no in-app purchases in Microsoft Jigsaw, I have no idea what this is about. I've done the usual things, run the app troubleshooter and reinstalled the game, but the problem is still there.

Has anyone else seen this, and does anyone have a fix for this problem?

Microsoft jigsaw problem - CV75GY5uKWkWQgrUf.34.2 - Choose another item

I'm experiencing the same issue, where upon launching Microsoft Jigsaw I am unable to sign in to Xbox Live, and I receive two messages.

"Choose Another Item - This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw. [CV:Z/M/ta5b5k2yKWSQ.34.2]"

followed by;

"To use this app, you need to sign in to the Microsoft Account that was used to download it".

My Microsoft account has not been changed at all and is the same one that I use to sign in to my Xbox One, I am the only user on my Surface and can sign in to other Xbox Live enabled games without issues, and I can play Microsoft Jigsaw on another device
without trouble.

I have performed a Store Reset and a Temp File reset as per the instructions above after uninstalling Microsoft Jigsaw. I have also cleared all unnecessary files from my device using cleanmgr.exe and selecting everything.
