Windows 10: Microsoft just updated my computer and now I can not create a PDF file. What is going on???

Why when I just run a update I can no longer create PDF message!!! This is the second computer this has happened to as I assumed it was a computer issue and not software but was I ever wrong. Losing faith in Microsoft ability to make usable updates. I need this fixed asap!!!

Occasionally "Microsoft print to pdf" creates empty files

Have already done all of the steps suggested in that link.
The problem only happens occasionally; maybe two or three times a day.
Happening on several PC's, the only way to catch it before it goes to customers is the size of the file created.
If it is 0 or 1kb, it's a blank document.
Microsoft Print to pdf was working fine until about two weeks ago.

We suggest that you save the PDF files on your device and check if the issue persists. You may also want to associate the PDF files to Microsoft Edge as the default program to make sure that you have a default application that will open all of your PDF files.
Here are the steps:

• Search for Default Programs.
• Go to Associate a file type or protocol with a program.
• Select the .pdf file type and then click the Change program button on the upper right of the
  Set Associations window.
• Choose Microsoft Edge and then click OK.

Microsoft Print to PDF just creates empty PDF file

Microsoft Print to PDF just creates empty PDF file (1 KB size). Seems to be valid PDF, but see just a white sheet of paper.

I do not get any error message, just a PDF with 1KB size is created....

Also tried Add/Remove "Windows Feature" - just changed nothing!

Any suggestions?
