Windows 10: Microsoft keyboard blue screen when connected windows 10

Hi, I have a Microsoft Reclusa keyboard, if I connect it to windows 10 while it's running, I get the blue screen and the system crashes and reboots. After the reboot, or if plugged while the laptop is off, the keyboard works fine. The driver are installed and I'm using its software for mapping the extra buttons.


How could I fix this? Thanks!

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting
in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
