Windows 10: Microsoft Keyboard Layout

I have a little problem: I am create a new type of keyboard, install, all this things, and its like working its imaging to me in the language settings, but it not imaging me this in the language changing menu. Like I have a standard type of keyboardEnglish, and my customNewEng, and Its showing me this in the language settings, but when I delete a standard English keyboard and install my one, its not showing me English language at all. What I need to do?

(The age of any laptop capable of running Windows 10 at all should not be a problem as regards keyboard layout)

I do not know how to install this, any advise will be appreciated.
