Windows 10: Microsoft Keyboard & Mouse Intermittent Response with Lenovo

Hi,


I've recently switch to a Lenovo Miix from MS Surface (work related) and now my MS Keyboard and Mouse are intermittent in response, sometimes ok but then slow or jittery.


I have replaced batteries, tried different micro usb sockets, removed/reinstalled drives and ran all Windows / Driver updates but still the issue persists. I have also tried the keyboard and mouse on another Lenovo (Yoga) and it works fine?


My last thought is a compatibility issue, any help appreciated before I run off and buy new.

Recommend a keyboard/mouse?

Right now I'm looking to get the Logitech MX3200, but was looking at Microsoft Ergonomics Keyboard 4000. But Could not really find a wireless mouse that stood out. I can do with a wired keyboard, but any suggestions on a good wireless mouse?

What would you guys recommend? MX3200 or Microsoft 4000 + whatever wireless mouse

Logitech wireless keyboard intermittently not responsive to keystrokes...ONLY in WORD documents. NO other apps affected. Regular laptop keyboard works fine all the time.

Updated win10 regularly. reinstalled drivers, receiver is close to keyboard and mouse.

Mouse is fine.

ONLY happens in WORD documents.

No other applications are affected at all, ever.

Have two other machines, one ASUS, other Lenovo...both are fine with external keyboards.

Only this machine, only in Word, only bluetooth keyboard.

Can anyone offer help? (Please).

• Have you tried using a different keyboard and mouse? If yes, how was it?
• Have you tried using your keyboard and mouse to another computer? If yes, what is the result?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
