Windows 10: Microsoft Keyboard Nonresponsive but my Mouse pad works.

My computer keyboard isnt responding but my mouse pad still works. I have attempted to trouble shoot the issue but the result comes back with 'no issue detected'. I have restarted and shut down my computer a few times with no luck. I have cleaned my keyboard and so far no keys are responding.

I suggest you to update the drivers for keyboard and mouse by following the steps below.

• Right click on Start icon and select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboard (for keyboard) and Mice and other pointing devices (for mouse).
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
