    Microsoft L5V-00006 Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop Keyboard - just purchased but letters sticking?


    Hi there,Recently purchased an L5V-00006 to replace my old Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Wired Keyboard 4000 because I thought it was going faulty as every now and again a letter would stick and I'd end up with Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii my name is Jess and I likkkkkkkkkkkkke to relax on the weekends and exxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxplore - the stuff of nightmares when I'm writing a tender response!However, received this morning, within 15 minutes it was doing the same thing, but more often and has progressively got worse over time. Its happening on my work laptop which is a Dell Lattitude 3420 running windows 1

    • What is the version of Windows installed?


    I suggest you to get in touch with the Microsoft Hardware
    Support     to know about the replacement criteria. Meanwhile, you may also go through the
    Warranty Limit Manual given under Sculpt Ergonomic Desktop.
