Windows 10: Microsoft language picker and "default" keyboard issues

Hi there,I am recently moved to a brand new windows 11 configuration from a windows 10 system and am facing the following issue.The app I am using requires me the use of multiple languages and we have designed using keyman a range of keyboards that allow us to easily switch languageswith the same physcial keyboard.....In windows 10 we just installed the corresponding language packs, then added our bespoke keyboards and removed the "default" ones set up by the language app.Our app could then programmatically switch languages and keyboards for example moving from a japanese field to a russian

Emoji picker doesn't use the correct language

• Go to Settings and click Time & Language.
• Click Region & Language.
• Click on your default system language then, click Options.
• Click Add a keyboard then choose your preferred keyboard language.
• Remove the other keyboard language by choosing it then click Remove.

Unable to set keyboard language as default differently from Windows 10 language

You can configure your keyboard language by adding it on the default language set on the system. For instructions, follow these steps:

• Open Settings.
• Open Time & language.
• Select Region & language.
• Click on the default language, and click Options.
• Select Add a keyboard, and select the language that you want to add.
