Windows 10: microsoft launcher child mode

Discus and support microsoft launcher child mode in User Accounts and Family Safety to solve the problem; i've bought a new laptop and downloaded Microsoft launcher and connected to my phone as prompt But It set up in child mode and I cannot get it off !!!...     Microsoft Launcher and Child Mode: not able to activate access to app usage

    Hi there,

    I have Microsoft Launcher installed and configured in child mode on a Samsung S4 Mini. All goes well except the very last step of activating access to app usage. When I click the button, and the information box pops up with instructions, I click on "Understood"
    and nothing happens.

    I have reset it, reinstalled it, no luck. Any hint?

    Microsoft Launcher and signing in

    Ken, I'm not sure why it is not working (I have never set it up for family) but I did see
    this and it had this on the page. Just wondering if you saw it and have done what is indicated.

    1. Requires a Microsoft family account with Device health sharing permissions enabled. Also requires Android devices with Microsoft Launcher installed and signed in with the same Microsoft account associated with their Microsoft Family account.
    2. For a parent to access and view a child’s locations and app activities through the https://account.microsoft.comFamily web page, Microsoft
      Launcher must be installed on each child’s device.
    3. For a parent to access and view their child’s location(s) and app activities through Microsoft Launcher, Microsoft Launcher must be installed on both the parent’s device and each child’s device.
    4. In each case, location and app usage permissions must be allowed through Microsoft Launcher on the child’s device. Activity reporting features require Android 5.0+ on each child’s device.

    Microsoft Launcher not working on my android

    I have recently created a microsoft family account, I enjoy the fact that I can manage time access on PC.

    I installed microsoft launcher on an android in order to check out on my kid's activity.

    On microsoft account I can see the newly added device, but i have the following message :\

    Turn on Launcher permissions

    On your child's Android device:

    • Swipe over to the Microsoft Launcher feed
    • Go to the Family card and tap on App limits
    • Turn on all needed permissions

    I went on my samsung a6, swiped over, to the left, got the family card where it says all set, everything is green checked,

    the app permissions has everything checked, but it seems not to work, am I doing something wrong ?
