Windows Launcher in Android 10 Crashes Phone

I have a Nokia 6.1 (2018), which was recently updated to Android 10.

I installed the Microsoft launcher specifically to disable wallpaper scrolling.

However, when I set a wallpaper and turn wallpaper scrolling off, my phone crashes and gets stuck in a boot-loop.

I tried starting my phone in Safe Mode, and it didn't fix the issue.

To use my phone, I have to factory-reset it and restore my apps and settings from a backup.

This has happened to me twice today; my phone crashes and boot-loops as soon as I set a wallpaper with scrolling disabled.

I tried another launcher - Evie launcher - with wallpaper scrolling disabled, and it didn't crash my phone, which leads me to believe that the Microsoft launcher is at fault.

I have recently created a microsoft family account, I enjoy the fact that I can manage time access on PC.

I installed microsoft launcher on an android in order to check out on my kid's activity.

On microsoft account I can see the newly added device, but i have the following message :\

Turn on Launcher permissions

On your child's Android device:

• Swipe over to the Microsoft Launcher feed
• Go to the Family card and tap on App limits
• Turn on all needed permissions

I went on my samsung a6, swiped over, to the left, got the family card where it says all set, everything is green checked,

the app permissions has everything checked, but it seems not to work, am I doing something wrong ?
