    Microsoft Liability?

Windows 11 Update Crashed my computer, Blue Screen of Death, reinstalling Windows using the retain Programs and Data option resulted in an install with a ,list of 140 programs and Apps that it had removed, including my Virus protection software, BitDefender, My VPN, IPVanish and a number of purchased programs that the Email account used in their purchase is no longer active due to a change in Internet provider so cannot be reinstalled. At what point are Microsoft Liable?
