Windows 10: Microsoft Lies re ARM in new Laptop 7

Hi there,I recently purchased a Surface Laptop 7 device and specifically asked in the sales chat page if the device i am looking at purchasing was an ARM device, and was told NO!! Lies from MS.Now i can't get back on top the chat page for this device. I cannot install my printer, connect my phone and now the intermittent wireless connectivity issues, all 100% related to the **** laptop.Does anyone have the link to chat page where I can chat. I don't call as there is not recording of the conversation with MS. Lucky I save the chat where it clearly states "No, this laptop does not have ARM a

Is the current Epson Scanner FF-680W software compatible with the new Microsoft surface 7 laptop? The software for the scanner runs on all our other windows 11 computers. Is it the compatibility issue mentioned in the GAURDIAN re the ARM, rather than intel based processor? Is there a work around? or solution?

Thanks so much for your time and effort. I reached out to Epson technical support and they have confirmed the epson scanner is not compatible with the ARM technology used on the new microsoft surface laptop 7. The Guardian newpaper article warned this technology may have been a risk (despite its other advantages!). We live and learn. Thanks again for your effort!!
