Windows 10: Microsoft LifCam for Business

Discus and support Microsoft LifCam for Business in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I hope to get some help here. I AM NOT A SOPHISTICATED USER.     Microsoft LifCam for Business


    I hope to get some help here. I AM NOT A SOPHISTICATED USER.


    I have installed what I think is the proper driver/software for Lifecam for business. I am on a Surface Pro running Windows 10 pro.

    It took forever for the download. When it told me to plug in the camera, the camera's blue light flashed after I plugged it into the USB. When I open the software, it says no camera detected. When I look in my devices, it shows up as "Microsoft LifeCam Studios" under imaging devices. I did all of the troubleshooting for "Lifecam not detected." Can you help?????
