Windows 10: microsoft lifecam

I have a Lifecam VX-5000 and just got a new PC with Windows 10. I am able to use the microphone for speech recognition, but I can't use the camera. When I open the camera app, the blue light on the Lifecam goes on, but there is no picture. I tried looking it up under the device manager, and it says "this device is working properly" and when I tried to update the driver it says "the best drivers for your device are already installed". When I look under Events, I get this message: "Device USB\VID_045E&PID_0728&MI_00\6&2fbb2b5&0&0000 requires further installation." Thank you.

Similar to LifeCam Show, the VX-5500 can be used on a laptop or desktop computer with an innovative universal attachment clip. When users are ready to pack up, the entire webcam folds down flat for easy transport. Add Fun to Video Calls With the Latest LifeCam Software
