Windows 10: Microsoft Live Chat Wiget page resulting in a white screen

I have an image of the issue that summarizes it much better than anything I could come up with.Is there a way to fix this on my end? Or should I wait for a fix to occur on the other end?

Getting to an agent via Live Chat took me over an hour and was extremely convoluted *Confused. So much so that I honestly cannot recall all the steps I took. I believe their system is designed to have one go on a 'treasure hunt' as all other sites with live chat have that little chat pop-up.

I am going crazy trying to find how to contact Microsoft Live Chat Support. The reason is I cannot figure out how to change my 2-step email login verification settings to send the code to my phone. Right now it is sending it to my alternate email. please help - thx
