Windows 10: Microsoft lock screen wallpaper feedback-"Like what you see?"

I turned on my PC and when I saw an image of a village, I saw the feedback that says "Like what you see?". I clicked "I like it" for no reason and it tells me that is going to show me more images of this type, I was frustrated to find out how to disable the vote.Will this affect my lock screen wallpaper daily? Because I won't be able to see different images of animals, beaches, nature, etc.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to restart the computer and check if you are able to successfully change the lock screen wallpaper.

  From Desktop, right click and select
  Personalize.

  In Personalization window, click on
  Lock Screen in the left pane.

  And choose wallpaper you would like to apply for the lock screen by choosing the browse option.

Wallpaper on lock screen

I want to ask about a way to solve changing the problematic lock screen wallpaper, so the problem is when we are at the place to change the wallpaper as a picture, but every time I change it the wallpaper will continue to load and not be replaced either, even the wallpaper that was I used it before it also loaded and the loading didn't finish, that's all the explanation of my question, I hope for a suggestion or input so I can change my lock screen wallpaper

 

Cannot like Spotlight wallpaper.

Thank you for the fantastic reply, but I meant the desktop spotlight wallpaper was the one I was having trouble with. I was using the lock screen spotlight wallpaper as a comparison because the like/dislike rating buttons on the lock screen seems to behave fine. Clicking the lock screen wallpaper like/dislike buttons gave me a thank you for the rating, indicating that it worked, whereas the desktop like/dislike spotlight wallpaper buttons gave no such indication.

I still tried the steps you gave me, but unfortunately the issue has not gone away.
