Windows 10: Microsoft Login doesnt work / it acts like it is signed in

So i have a weird one i think, ive had this issue for a while now and specifically its logging into Microsoft apps ,in any app that wants me to use my microsoft acc for example windows itself or xbox app or outlook or even windows store , the whole window for sign in pops up and i can in fact choose which hotmail i want to sign in with , whichever one i choose though i click continue it does a little loading and closes as if i signed in BUT it doesnt sign in and it doesnt sign me in and no matter if safe mode or waht email or anything it does that BUT when i created a new Windows profile on

Regrets the inconvenience you have experienced. I suspect the issue might due to the corruption in the user profiles. Let follow the below mentioned steps and see if it works:

I suggest you to add another Microsoft account by following the steps mentioned below and see if the problem persists:

• 
  Click Start,
  
• 
  Navigate to Settings/>Accounts/>Your Account/> Add a Microsoft account.
  
  
• 
  If you have another Microsoft account try to use that or else follow the steps to sign-up for new and switch with new Microsoft account.
  
• 
  Sign-out from the old and Login with new Microsoft account.
  

Once you're sign-in with new Microsoft account, then try to perform the actions and check if the problem still occurs. You can remove the existing Microsoft account from there if needed. Check and see if it helps.

Please ensure to backup you data if you wish to remove your old Microsoft account.

Ways to bypass the login theme and signin do not work

Tried setting netplwiz in option 1 step 4 which shows no check in users must enter ..... no bypass of login

Tried step 4 in option 5 below to disable require sign-on on wakeup via policy via registry but still no change on wakeup still getting the screen picture that requires hitting Esc to move to the sign in window which shows a silhouette image, my user name and a sign in button in order to access my desktop screen. Guess I will have to live with the extra steps.

New Microsoft Edge and Outlook.com Login issue

I have the latest and greatest versions of W10 Pro, Microsoft Edge and Outlook.com installed on several systems. All of a sudden several days ago on one system - when I open Outlook in Edge it automatically signs me in just like it does with Chrome and the older versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer. Something changed to make this happen? However, on all the other systems I have to go click the "Sign in" box to get Outlook to open emails etc. Any idea on what I've got to do to make all of the systems act the same - that is auto Sign in - would be appreciated.

Just as an aside, I think I like the new Edge but... it seems to have problems with auto sign in or at least plugging the Log in information on several sites - forces me to pick the Login information from a list. The first on on the list always works. Again, don't have this issue with Chrome or the old IE. This may be related to what is going on with the above issue?
