Windows 10: microsoft lumia 640 LTE mobile phone keeps switching it's self off !

Discus and support microsoft lumia 640 LTE mobile phone keeps switching it's self off ! in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; This phone keeps switching it's self off , then re-starting ..some times saying it needs to fix a SD card error to .. it confirms fix is done all ok...     microsoft lumia 640 LTE mobile phone keeps switching it's self off !


    This phone keeps switching it's self off , then re-starting ..some times saying it needs to fix a SD card error to .. it confirms fix is done all ok


    As the last ever update for phone was early December 2019 is this Microsoft playing with my phone so I get fed up with it and go out and buy a replacement phone apple or android operating systems are my options now as I understand windows 10 mobile is obsolete opersating system now .


    My whats appp does not work from 14 January 2020 on this W 10 mobile device


    So do I need to get the data off this phone before it eventually dies forever... !!!



    It is linked with my Microsoft account , so pictures sem to go onto my one drive all ok still … But phone numbers held in the mobile phone .. will they still be held on my one drive too ?


    today's date is 3rd March 2020 I poped a brand new battery in this phone over last weekend and it is fully charged too .


    I have had a total " Green screen " yesterday then it came back to life after about 10 minuites all by it's self !


    Maybe it mightbe a soft ware issue or a faulty on off button ? when driving to work today I could hear it switching it's self on and off in my jeans pocket !


    I love my windows 10 mobile phone .. why did Microsoft kill this operating smart phone format …..?


    I look forward to feed back whether Microsoft are trying to get us windows 10 mobile phone users off the network so they can shut it down permanently ! from you guys and galls out there in the community thank you in Advance for your help / feed back out there in the community

    Trying to find "Missed Calls" in Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE mobile phone

    I have a Microsoft Lumia 640 LTE mobile phone.

    Where can I find my list of "Missed Calls"" or "Call Log"? I would imagine there should be a option somewhere, but I can't find it.
