Windows 10: Microsoft Mahjong Premium maksun ongelma

Hei,Ongelmia Microsoft Mahjong Premium-tilauksen kanssa. Vanhempieni tiliin tilattiin tällä päivämäärällä uudestaan Microsoft Mahjong Premium-tilaus, eikä tilaus aktivoitunut. Aiempi tilaus on tehty 23. huhtikuuta 2022, eikä tällä päivämäärällä edelleenkään Premium tilaus ollut voimassa. Tein vielä kerran tilauksen omalla luottokortilla ja tilaus aktivoitui. Miten on mahdollista, että veloitukset ovat lähteneet vanhempieni luottokortilta mutta Premium-tilaus ei ole aktivoitunut. Omalla kortilla tehty veloitus näkyy ja tilaus aktivoitui vanhempieni tilille. Tilausnumero 1637952455 ja Tilausnume

We suggest that you uninstall and reinstall the Microsoft Mahjong.

To uninstall Microsoft Mahjong, please follow the steps below:

• On the Start menu, select Settings.
• Select System > Apps & features.
• Select the program, and then select Uninstall.
• Follow the directions on the screen.

You can use this link to install Microsoft Mahjong. On the Microsoft Mahjong page in the Store, select
Get the game (online) or Install (in the Store app). The game will download and install automatically.

Microsoft Mahjong Premium Cancel issue

Hi,

I signed up for Mahjong premium but now I want to cancel the monthly payments. How do I do that? It's not listed under my subscriptions.

 

Premium edition of Microsoft Mahjong

Can anyone assist with activating the premium edition of Microsoft Mahjong? I purchased the premium edition but am still getting the ads. Not willing to pay $9.99 for nothing.
