    Microsoft media support pack for build 19582


    Running build 19582 and just loading Cyberlink PowerDVD and it stated I need certain media support files to operate better. I went to the Microsoft site but nothing made me comfortable downloading anything since nothing was shown for any FAST RING builds.

    What should I do at this point?


    Reference: Media Feature Pack for N and KN versions of Windows 10 KB3010081.

    Media feature pack

    HI,

    It could be due to a corrupted installation for Groove or the media pack.

    I would suggest you uninstall & reinstall both or perform the following troubleshooting steps listed in this microsoft support article.

    When I follow these steps Media Features are not listed, despite having downloaded and installed the Windows Media Feature Pack! Please help! Can't install GTA: V! Aaaargh!
