    I have a program called chord wizard gold Now when I use it no sound is produced It says a problem with Microsoft Midi Manager has occurred The program works but no MIDI sound is produced . Help

    thx for the quick help! Unfortunatly this article is for Win 98. The Multimedia Manager does'nt still exists and I find no similar options in Windows 10. The Microsoft MIDI Mapper is gone. The third party MIDI-Ox-TOols shows also no devices except the Microsoft
    GS Synth.

    Can I activate MIDI drivers using the console?

    How can I reinstall the WDM Driver?

    It could be that the MIDI mapper is not compatible with Windows 10.
