Windows 10: Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset not detected by Microsoft Accessory Center

I recently purchased a Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset, and it's OEM and in Spanish. I live in Bermuda, so a lot of the products we get are for Latina America and Caribbean, which means a lot come in Spanish and we have to change them.I downloaded the Microsoft Accessory Center and opened it, and it does not detect the headset at all. I've tried the following steps:Unpairing and re-pairing the headsetUninstalling the MS Accessory Center and reinstallingRunning all Windows updates and rebootingTurning the headset of and on again while the Accessory Center was openConnecting via the USB dong

Microsoft Accessory Center not detecting Microsoft USB Link or Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset

When I plug in the USB Link for the Microsoft Modern Wireless Headset the Microsoft Accessory Center is not detecting either device. The white light is on, and the devices appear to work fine within Teams. I've reset the Headset which didn't change anything.

Where is the solution for this issue reported?

We need someone to post the solution to resolve the issue. Accessory center manager is not detecting the Microsoft Wireless Headset even though it says it is compatible.

I bought a Microsoft Modern USB-C Headset and try to setup in Lenovo Laptop with Microsoft Accessory Center, but I found the same problem with everyone in this post.

But when I bring Headset Connect with Surface Go 2 with Microsoft Accessory Center, it is working.

I hope Microsoft can identify this issue on another device not surface in very soon.
