    Microsoft Money 2002 reloaded and asking for a password


    My hard drive crashed last week and an IT guru got another one for me. I had to reload Money 2002, but now it is prompting me for a password! I don't ever remember setting up a password. Does anyone have an idea on how I can get into it?

    2002 Microsoft money replacement

    I've been using Microsoft money 2002 but now my old laptop has given up, I've purchased a new laptop which has Windows 10 can anyone recommend a replacement money program I can use? I'm not worried about going online to my bank its just for manually imputing
    my finances and reconciling them against my bank statement? I plan to start again fresh so no need in transferring my old 2002 accounts.

    I recently downloaded W10 but when finding out I could not use Microsoft Money 2002 I reverted back to Windows 7XP. I have decided to download windows 10 again having seen your post. I am completely useless on computers. Whilst I have found your change
    as useful is it possible for you to guide me step by step on how I get to the registry and the changes I have to physically make.

    Microsoft Money 2002 compatibility with Windows 10

    When trying to run Money 2002 in Windows 10 the following error message is displayed: "Money requires Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 1 to function properly". Any workarounds to get Money 2002 running?
