Windows 10: Microsoft Money Plus Deluxe sunset edition - need to restore money files after computer crashed

My computer crashed and I need to restore my files. I reinstalled the program and created a new account to test it labeled Presd entering an original amount and one entry. My external drive has my money file labeled bankacct and I copied it to the same location I found my Presd file. I then opened Money and it shows the Presd data. I clicked on other accounts but it doesn't show Bankacct. How do I get it to show it?

Microsoft Money Plus Sunset Deluxe

I upgraded to Windows 10 and, like everyone else, found Money Plus did not work. I backed up my Money file, uninstalled it, and thought I was downloading Money Sunset Delux. No Money icon appeared. However, I found a Money file and backed it up from the
disk I stored it on. It is acting just like Money Plus and does not work.

Can someone please help. I've been using Money for years.

I have money 2006 at my office and I downloaded Money Plus Sunset Deluxe on my home computer to be able to make entries/adjustments so I can access from either place without using a thumb drive. How do I set it up to where the backup pulls from my Microsoft
cloud?

To make MS Money Sunset Deluxe work in Windows 10 please change the registry.

• Press Windows key+ R to run command to open.
• Type regedit to open Registry Editor.

"Version"="9.11.10240.0" (originally: 9.11.10240.16384)



Note:

Important Follow the steps in this section carefully. Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it,
back up the registry for restoration
in case problems occur.
