    I was expecting it to happen, but a few doom and gloomers were thinking otherwise. I do believe they have been slow to update it with new ISO's in the past. Which is frustrating for those wanting to do a clean install instead of an upgrade.

  3. My guess is Microsoft changed the location of the files, or changed the access permissions. Somebody mentioned in another thread that Tech Bench was down? Related maybe?
